Halloween

I'm really behind at posting.  Here are some pics from Halloween.  Grandpa and Grandma Smith helped us carve pumpkins and we went to night eyes at the zoo.  There are some pics of Beggar's Night too.  We went trick or treating with Kayla's besties Shae and Zach.

 

Rylan's 9 month check-up

Our little man is getting so big!  He pulls himself up all the time and walks while pushing his little car around the house.  He is starting to stand by himself but only for a few seconds.  He just gets so excited and wants to take off on his own that he ends up falling over. It won't be long until he can run around the house with no help!  He is getting a tooth ontop now and I think there may be more not far behind based on how he is acting and "chewing" all the time. 

Here are his stats from his appointment:

Height: 29"  (75%)
Weight: 18 lbs, 7 oz  (27%)
HC: 18 1/4"  (85%)

Don't worry...

I'm still alive...I think anyways?  Most of the time I feel like a walking zombie on auto pilot, but none the less I'm still breathing.  I promise pics are coming soon since I haven't posted many lately.  As if life isn't crazy and busy enough as it is, our laptop died so we had to get a new one and now are waiting on a new adaptor to download pics.  Not to mention some error I'm getting on blogger when trying to upload pics, but I haven't had time to look into that yet either.  Any hoo,  I will try to post pics soon.  Won't be tonight, as I should probably give my children a bath...how many days has it been now?? I seem to have lost track.  I also need to do some much needed laundry.  My stupid closet keeps puking.  (Or maybe my dirty clothes pile keeps getting bigger)  Not sure which.   Oh how I wish I could have a maid, an errand runner, and a chef for Christmas.  Maybe I will take a trip to see Santa this weekend! Wish me luck!

Pumpkin Patch

Pumpkins, Crawling, and Teeth... Oh My!

 

It's official...the little man is crawling.  Or army crawling.  However you look at it he is figuring out he can get where he wants to go all on his own.  I think we are in trouble now because this kid is going to be into everything.  I can just tell.  He wants to get a hold of anything and everything he can get his hands on.  He doesn't even think twice, unlike his sister did.  She would check things out before deciding if she wanted to play with something.  Not Rylan, he is a man on a mission.  He wants to keep up with Kayla so bad.  He gets so excited when we stand him up like his sister. He thinks he is big stuff!

 

AND!...Rylan is getting 2 teeth on the bottom.  They have both popped through.  He always looks like he is chewing something. I don't think he's quite sure what these teeth are all about.
