"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it'd be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Mj's

We went to Monkey Joe's to play, with Ellie and Grandma Connie.  Rylan wanted no part of the place at first.  I think he was overwhelmed with the big bounce houses and all of the screaming kids running around.  Kayla and Ellie had fun, but it didn't take long for them to get worn out.  I think everyone is getting cabin fever so these types of places are packed right now.  Hopeful spring will decide to come sometime soon.  That would be fabulous.

Rylan did NOT like the monkey :-(

Rylan still does not like monkey.

Home Sweet Home

It's been 2 weeks since we moved into our new house.  We are loving all of the space and the kids love playing in the basement where they have all kinds of room to run around.  As excited as I was to get moved and out of our old house that was way too small, I must admit I do miss our old place in a way.  We lived there for about 9 years and have a lot of memories there. It was the first place Scott and I bought together.  We got engaged there.  Lived there when we got married, brought two new beautiful babies home to for the first time, buried two pets, and lots of other things along the way.  I will never forget seeing my babies take their first steps there, going for walks with them up the street, and watching them drag every toy into our living room.  But I am excited to create new memories at our new house and have a yard that they can actually play in and room to have friends over yet still have their own space. It's been a very LONG stressful process getting to this point and we are all glad we are finally moved in and getting settled in.  I can't wait to watch the kids grow up here and have this always be known as "home" to them when they are older.

A special thank you to Nathan, Mandy, Jerad, Dean, and Don for helping move all of our stuff.  To my mom for watching the 4 little ones during the move so we didn't have to worry about keeping track of them. To Connie for cleaning our old house so our renters could move in (I know that was a chore!) To Mandy for putting all of my kitchen stuff away along with lots of other stuff too.  To my Dad for helping Scott get TVs hung, getting a mailbox put in the ground with 10 inches of snow, and getting Nelly's kitty door put on.  We really could NOT have done all of this without every one's help.  We really appreciate it and are so lucky to have a great family and awesome friends.  We love you all!  Feel free to come and stay anytime! We love having company and so do the kids:-)
