Dance Party

Daddy, Mommy, KJ, Rylan, and Gma Smith had a dance party!  We got some glow sticks, waited til it got dark, and cranked up some music and danced around our living room in the dark with our lights!  KJ thought it was so fun she wanted to go all out and really get into character.  She added a tutu and some other accessories along with her glow sticks!  She danced so much she passed out soon after:-)

I TOUCHED CHRIS DAUGHTRY!!!

OM-GAGA! I NOT ONLY MET CHRIS DAUGHTRY BUT HE PUT HIS ARM AROUND ME!  

Scott and I went to the Daughtry concert Friday night.  This is the second time we have been to one of their shows.  It was great of course.  I love all of the lyrics to his songs and his voice too.  He could sing to me and I sure wouldn't mind!  After the show we went around back to where their buses are along with about 40 other band stalkers.  We waited to see if we could see him and the band.  One of his security guards came over and told us they would come out and takes pics with those of us that were waiting to meet them.  So of course we waited!  I'm a huge Daughtry fan so I was SUPER pumped to get to talk to him and get my picture taken with him and of course TOUCH him too!!!  We also got his autograph.  I wanted to get back in line again but Scott just laughed at me.  (I wasn't kidding tho)

Where did my toy go?

Father's Day

On Father's Day we were going to go fishing.  But it was pretty warm on Sunday so we headed for the pool instead.  Kayla went down the waterslide several times with Daddy.  She was feeling brave and even begged us to let her go down alone.  I told her maybe next year, she was too short anyways so they wouldn't have let her.  Rylan even got to go in the water for a little bit too.  I think the fresh air wore them out.  They both fell asleep as soon as we left.

R is for Rylan...and Rolling Over!

Today Rylan rolled over for the first time!  He went from his back to his tummy.  He has been SO close to rolling over for weeks now but just couldn't quite get all the way.  Usually Kayla ended up just pushing him the rest of the way.  But not today!  He did it all by himself!  What a big boy!
